The Association produces a totally organic coffee, shade grown, associated with fruit and forest species and valued for its cup quality and environmental contribution.
The association promotes the conservation of the variety "typical" and organic coffee production in an agroforestry system.
Over time the association has implemented adequate infrastructure to get excellent performance in green and parchment coffee because it is aware of the importance of post-harvest treatment to get the best quality, aroma, flavor and body.
